Lives and works in Novi Sad, Serbia
“The fantastic and surrealistic figurative world of Snezana Petrovic is a meticulously constructed mental reality filled with imaginary spaces – cities, landscapes, mechanical device, flora and fauna, and inhabited by humanoid, androgynous beings. The rich accessories made up equally of classical and modern, mythical and real, conventional and personal symbols and metaphors, neatly deposited and systematized in the sphere of pre-conscious. Her speech is hidden, alchemical and her world utterly symbolical, thus inexhaustible.”
